What is the ELAKO?
The ELAKO is an online tool designed to simplify the process of selecting and purchasing items such as school supplies, university merchandise, or any other products offered by the university.
Who can use the ELAKO?
It is available to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other stakeholders of Pangasinan State University.
Using the Shopping Cart

3. How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Browse the catalog and click the “Add to Cart” button next to the desired item.

4. Can I save items in my cart for later?
Yes, items in your shopping cart will be saved as long as you are logged in. However, stock availability is not guaranteed if the purchase is delayed.

5. How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the shopping cart icon, locate the item you want to remove, and click the “Remove” or “Delete” button.

6. Can I adjust the quantity of items in my cart?
Yes, you can increase or decrease the quantity of items directly in your shopping cart before checkout.

Checkout and Payment

7. How do I proceed to checkout?
After selecting your items, click the “Checkout” button in your shopping cart. You can check the status of your order in your profile page.

8. What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are only accepted in person at the physical store during pickup. Please ensure to bring cash or other accepted payment methods as specified by the store.

9. Can I reserve items without immediate payment?
Yes, items can be reserved through the online shopping cart. However, payment must be completed at the physical store during pickup to finalize the purchase.

10. Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, a receipt will be issued at the physical store after payment is completed.

Shipping and Pickup

11. Can items be delivered to my location?
Currently, all orders must be picked up at the PSU physical store. Delivery options are not available.

12. Where is the PSU store located?
The PSU store is located at Alvear St., Poblacion, Lingayen 2401 Pangasinan(Lingayen Campus). Please refer to your order confirmation email for pickup instructions.

13. What are the store hours?
The store is open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please check for holiday schedules or closures.

Account and Support

14. Do I need an account to use the shopping cart?
Yes, creating an account ensures a smooth shopping experience and allows you to track your orders.

15. I forgot my account password. What should I do?
Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password.

16. Who can I contact for help with my order?
For assistance, please email supportelako@psu.edu.ph or call the PSU Customer Service Hotline at +63-123-456-7890.

Returns and Refunds

17. What is PSU’s return policy?
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Some items, such as customized merchandise, may not be eligible for returns.

18. How do I request a refund?
Contact customer support. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

19. Are there any restocking fees for returned items?
Restocking fees may apply for certain items. The details will be provided during the return process.
